SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We are proud to offer international shipping services that currently operate in over 100 countries worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.
WHAT IF I WANT CANCEL MY ORDER?
Due to production and high demand, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. Any changes or cancel requests will be denied after 24 hours of purchase so please insure you have the correct product, size color etc. before purchasing. If you would like to return your product once received, customers are to return the item or items purchased and are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
WHAT IF I WANT REFUND OR RETURN MY PRODUCT?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are to return the item or items purchased and are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?
Packages from our warehouse in the US, Canada and the UK will be shipped by FedEx, USPS, DHL and Canada Post depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our international warehouses are shipped through either FedEx, USPS, DHL, UBI, Canada Post, ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 100 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happened to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have been shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.
If you refuse to accept delivery of the items you have purchased, the couriers may return the items back to Kinetic Iron™. In the event that this happens, you will be refunded for your order once it is received back to our facility. A 25% restocking fee plus the cost of any shipping or duty fees will be deducted from the refund.
HOW LONG DOE SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times varies by location. These are our estimates after production:
United States 10-25 Business days
Canada, Europe 10 -25 Business days
Australia, New Zealand 10-30 Business days
Mexico, Central America, South America 10-30 Business days
*This does not include our 2-5 days processing time.
DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was shipped more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at support@kineticiron.com.
WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?
For logistic reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
