Returns & Refunds
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is damaged, please email a picture of the damage so we can assess and approve if valid, and begin processing your refund or exchange.
Customers are to return the item or items purchased and are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please do not send your purchase back to our manufacturer facility, Email support@kineticiron.com for return instructions.
Order Cancellation
Due to production and high demand, cancellations are only permitted within 24 hours of purchase. Any changes or cancel requests will be denied after 24 hours of purchase due to your order being processed and will have to be initiated when you received your order and contact, so please insure you have the correct product, size, color etc. before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Item
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 15 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If the item is damaged, please email a picture of the damage so we can assess and approve if valid, and begin processing your refund or exchange.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange within 5 days of being received, and request if you would like a refund or exchange for the item if approved.
If approved, then your refund or exchange will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods Kinetic Iron does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of the above and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@kineticiron.com and our customer service team will investigate the issue.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@kineticiron.com. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item so please verify that your return label information is correct.
